The following statements are in regards to our store policies. Please look over at the following statements to ensure no confusion is present during your shopping experience.

 

1. Store Credit Policy

   1. Usage of store credit may be used for any product within the store without addition tax cost included.

   2. Store credit may be used to pay remainder of cost on products.

   3. Store credit may not be used to acquire Prerelease Kits during Prerelease events for Magic The Gathering©.

   4. Store Credit may not be used to purchase entry within various store events such as Prerelease entry and Store Championships Events, as an example.

   5. Store credit may not be used for new product until the following Monday of its initial release weekend.

   6. Store credit may be banked within an account for later usage in addition to providing a name and valid phone number.

   7. Store credit may not be used to acquire $1 coins to access the dice gumball machine.

 

1. Trade-in Policy

   1. Trade-in values vary, we have the right to refuse any trade-ins

      1. 50% trade-in value in cash

      2. 60% trade-in value in store credit

   2. Trade-in of new sets will not be authorized within the first week of its initial release.

   3. Trade-in of Promo cards in Magic The Gathering© of the current event will not be authorized for trade-In

   4. Trade-in will be permitted to individuals above the age of 15. Anyone under must have parental supervision while doing trades.
